The ballroom at the Junior League will be in full swing with music, dinner, and a fantastic live and silent auction!

Please support the Gala with your table or ticket purchase. Proceeds from the Gala will benefit both the Harvard University Club of Houston and the Houston Learning Network (HLN), each of which is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.

The HLN was established initially to fund scholarships and grants on an annual basis to send Houston area teachers and principals to the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE). HLN also sponsors teacher professional development events in Houston and is planning a large regional conference for the same purpose. The goal of the Houston Learning Network is for these teachers to learn cutting edge, educational best practices, including the encouragement of shared inquiry and problem solving, and to implement these techniques to benefit students of all ages in the greater Houston area. Proceeds from the Gala will also promote the Club’s Schools and Scholarships program, which ensures that more than 600 yearly applicants to Harvard College are properly identified, interviewed and encouraged to attend Harvard.

By supporting the Gala, you will be supporting education in Houston.

The Gala will be open to alumni and guests of Harvard, including non-Harvard individuals and corporations. We anticipate that the event will sell out at the 300+ capacity. We hope you will join us in celebrating the Harvard University Club of Houston’s Crimson Award Gala.
