Marion started her post-college career as a financial journalist with Bloomberg News in New Jersey. After several years of reporting and editing for Bloomberg’s wire service and Website, she moved to Houston to escape the snow, and went to work for Dancie Perugini Ware Public Relations. Two years of PR for the financial services industry led naturally into an MBA, after which Marion worked as a financial coordinator at ExxonMobil for more than a decade. Currently, Marion is volunteering for the Harvard Club of Houston and other organizations. Marion holds degrees with honors in Government from Harvard College (A.B. 1995) and in Finance and Energy from Rice University (M.B.A. 2008). She and her husband, Kurt, have twin daughters in the fourth grade.
